INTERNAL RULES AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales transactions concluded with the Auberge du Bon Vivant. The customer hereby acknowledges having read and understood these terms and conditions of sale and undertakes to comply with them. These terms and conditions form an integral part of the sales contract.
PRESENTATION: The hotelier is at liberty not to receive guests whose dress is indecent or negligent, guests whose behavior is noisy or incorrect, or guests whose behavior is contrary to morality or public order.
PAYMENT: Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express), vacation vouchers or cash. Bank checks are not accepted. We ask all guests to show proof of identity when paying by cash or vacation vouchers. If you are unable to provide this document, we will be obliged to refuse your room rental request

CAPACITY: All customers of the Auberge du Bon Vivant acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions of sale before placing an order. Consequently, placing an order implies full acceptance of the Auberge du bon vivant's general terms and conditions of sale, as well as full and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.
PRICE DISPLAY: Prices are displayed in euros. VAT is always included. Tourist tax is added to the price per person over 18 years of age and per day.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS: A deposit is required for your reservation. A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost of your stay will be requested by the establishment at the time of booking (excluding tourist tax and any optional extras). In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be reimbursed within a week.
BALANCE OF STAY: Throughout the year, the balance of your stay must be paid on arrival, either in cash, credit card or vacation vouchers. (Bank cheques are no longer accepted on site). Failure to pay the balance on time will result in cancellation of your stay and forfeit of any deposit paid. The hotel will be entitled to re-let your room without any compensation being due. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY: In the event of early departure, the stay is due in full. Under no circumstances can late arrivals or early departures give rise to a refund. For stays outside the summer season (from 01/07 to 29/08), customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival (except special conditions for certain offers). In the event of late cancellation, the hotel will retain the deposit. In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation (excluding tourist tax and additional services) will be charged, even if the room has been re-let. During the summer season (from 01/07 to 29/08), customers have 7 days prior to arrival to cancel their reservation. All cancellations must be received by e-mail. The date of receipt of the e-mail will be taken as the date of cancellation.
ROOM AVAILABILITY: Rooms are available from 1:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. A supplement may be charged if the departure time is not respected. Unauthorized access to rooms by non-tenants is prohibited. In the event of departure after this time, an additional night will be charged. Rooms are cleaned daily between 9:30am and 1pm. If the room is not vacated or if you display the "Do not disturb" sign, your room will not be cleaned. For stays longer than 5 days, bed linen and towels will be changed every four days. Babies are not allowed to sleep in the same bed as their parents. Non-tenants of the establishment are not allowed access to rooms without a baby. PETS: Small dogs (under 10kg) are welcome in our establishment at a cost of €6/day. Only one pet per accommodation. It must not be left alone in the room. For reasons of hygiene, it must be accompanied by its basket. Pets are tolerated at breakfast, provided they are on the terrace. As there are no facilities on the hotel premises for his or her needs, you will be asked to take him or her outside.
PARKING: One parking space per room is available free of charge,
BREAKFAST: Continental breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m., in the dining room or on the terrace. Our breakfasts are free for children under 4 and reduced for children under 10.
INTERNET: A free wifi connection is available in the rooms, lobby and terrace.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The hotel declines all responsibility for theft, loss or damage to guests' belongings during their stay. The customer will be held responsible for any damage, deterioration or vandalism that may occur, resulting in the impossibility of re-letting the room. The management reserves the right to charge the occupants for an extra night and to request reimbursement for any damage caused by such acts.
NUISANCES: To respect the rest of other residents, please do not slam doors or make noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. In the event of excesses likely to disturb the peace and quiet of the establishment and its residents, the hotelier reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the establishment.
